How We Communicate With Candidates

To ensure a clear and secure hiring process, all legitimate communication from our team follows these three steps:

1. Authentic outreach: A recruiter may contact you by text, email, or occasionally phone, always providing a secure link to schedule a live Microsoft Teams interview.

2. Live interviews only: All interviews—initial and subsequent—are conducted live on Microsoft Teams. We never interview via forms, Google Docs, or text-only platforms.

3. Offer process: If selected, your recruiter will extend a verbal offer first, followed by a written offer via email from an echo.newtonsoftware.com domain.
